RETURNS/EXCHANGES
All merchandise must be returned in the salable condition that it was purchased. Thank you for your understanding and supporting small businesses like us.
To receive a FULL refund, acceptable returns must be made with a Pomarius receipt within 7 days.
After 7 days, and up to 30 days, all returns with a Pomarius receipt will be refunded as store credit.
Labor (Delivery Fees, Installation, etc), and Gift Certificates are NOT refundable nor is any product that donates a portion of sales*.
Plants damaged by conditions beyond our control such as improper or delayed planting, insufficient care, extreme weather, insects, disease, animals, mechanical injury, winter damage, etc are not refundable. In regard to plant matter, in the above specified time frames, it is the responsibility of you, the buyer to notify Pomarius at first signs of an issue and to document it so that Pomarius can offer adjusted care advice/solutions. By offering advice/solutions Pomarius is not acknowledging any original fault in product nor is voiding our return policy. Plants that have declined in appearance but are capable of recovering, that miss a flowering cycle, etc are not an acceptable return.
SALE EVENTS
Sale/discounted merchandise is final sale. It is not available to be returned/refunded nor for store credit, nor exchange. No other discount or promotional deal is applicable to sale merchandise. No Holds on Merchandise prior or during Sale for discount offer. Sale pricing is not allowed for special orders, labor, nor delivery.
DESIGNER RESALE
Pomarius no longer accepts application for designer resale. No exceptions. Thank you for supporting our small business and for your understanding.
ONLINE PURCHASES
Return Policy applies. Pomarius is not responsible for incorrect information submitted for online purchase delivery. In the event merchandise is delivered and no recipient is present for reception, Pomarius will only leave the merchandise at the specific request of the purchaser. Pomarius will not be held liable for merchandise left on the request of the purchaser. For online purchases designated as an in-store pick up, Pomarius politely requests merchandise be picked up and signed for within 48 hours of purchase confirmation. Online purchase delivery is understood as local truck delivery within Multnomah County, Oregon. Pomarius does not ship.
